RTCure cohort work package page

We are ready with a  first version of  a combined Pipeline and Dataentry system for RTCure consortium.

The system is based on Plone5.2 (python 3) "topped" with custom form-system in Dexterity created based on parsing of definitions all defined in an excel sheet.

The excel same time constructs a json-based upload system, where the upload is checked against the same data-model as if data was entered in the form-system.
